These Terms apply to your use of the Site and supplement the terms of any signed contract.
B. Estimates:
Any “free estimates” or quotes provided are for informational purposes only and are subject to final measurements, product selection, site conditions, and a formal signed contract.
2. Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms
A. Program Description:
By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from IKON WINDOWS AND DOORS LLC regarding your window/door project updates, estimates, installation schedules, and requested product or service information.
B. Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary.
C. Cost Disclosure:
Standard message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile provider for details.
D. Opt-Out & Help Instructions:
You can opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For additional assistance or help, reply HELP.
E. Legal Disclaimers & Modifications:
By participating in our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these text messaging terms at any time.
3. Intellectual Property (Site Content & Product Designs)

C. Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, in no event shall IKON WINDOWS AND DOORS LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from (i) your use of the Site; or (ii) the performance or non-performance of products or services, except as explicitly set forth in a separate, written, and signed contract.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the sale of goods/services shall be resolved in the courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
