Well our experience has been great right from the first time we called Timothy Marks, he was professional all the way and very knowledgeable of all of the windows and what we were looking for ! We were referred to Ikon from previous customers of ours and we have since referred friends to them and will always give our Business to Timothy as he always answers the phone and takes care of whatever we are asking of him .I can't say enough, we are very satisfied and now feel our home is a much safer place with these impact windows too ! And project manager Sean Hayes was wonderful to work with as well !

He always answered our questions, whether through emails, calls or texts and was always willing to come to our house to discuss anything. We walked through the house together, looking at the options for some of our tricky windows. We have not ordered our windows yet, but I am eager and excited to get started. Thank you Timothy!

Timothy Marks was the representative that came and showed me the demo windows , took temps of my old windows with the sun coming in(120 degrees ) at 3:00 in the afternoon on my windows facing west .
He was so informative , offering ideas and alternatives. He measured windows and doors inside and out. Took all photos,
and has been my wing man throughout this process.
Any questions that I had, he texted me within minutes , and answered my questions. His quick actions solidified my choice of many other Window and Door companies. Timothy also came out to oversee the completed work opening all doors and window locks to make sure everything was done properly. I feel so grateful to have met him and to know and trust that he was watching out for me
The team lead by Armondo of installers worked tirelessly, and respectfully of my property , cleaning up after as if they were never there. They had plastic at doors and windows , floor to ceiling -to prevent dust and kept hot air from coming into my house. I never saw any of them taking breaks , or even eating out in the hot Florida weather.
They have truly shown excellence in their work ethics and I am grateful to them.
The installation turned out beautiful with 17 windows and 3 doors.
Another praise to “Ikon Windows “
is Allan Koether. He was the last inspector that came out to finish a few items , such as a transition piece for French door, along with minor tweaks. He was meticulous and even my cat liked him as she ran up to him the minute he walked up to the front door.
His experience was obvious , and it was my pleasure to have worked with him along with such wonderful people. Shoutout to Joe and Sean, Maiya , Kay and the office team as well.
