B. Estimates: Any “free estimates” or quotes provided are for informational purposes only and are subject to final measurements, product selection, site conditions, and a formal signed contract.
2. Intellectual Property (Site Content & Product Designs)
The content, designs, logos, product images, and documentation (including technical specifications of our window and door systems) on the Site are owned by IKON WINDOWS AND DOORS LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
A. Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for researching, requesting quotes, or purchasing our products and services.
